Choose your route

Every route ends at Crossharbour DLR station. Tap the one that matches your journey.

From Heathrow AirportElizabeth line, then DLR
Follow signs for the Elizabeth line and take a train towards Abbey Wood.
Get off at Canary Wharf.
Leave the Elizabeth line station and follow signs to the DLR, a short walk away.
Take the DLR towards Lewisham and get off at Crossharbour, three stops along.
From Gatwick or South LondonTrain to London Bridge, Jubilee line, then DLR
Take a National Rail train to London Bridge.
Change to the Jubilee line heading east and get off at Canary Wharf.
Follow signs to the DLR and take a train towards Lewisham.
Get off at Crossharbour.
From StratfordDLR all the way
At Stratford, take the DLR towards Lewisham.
Stay on through Canary Wharf. If your train ends there, change to the next train to Lewisham.
Get off at Crossharbour.
From Central LondonJubilee line, then DLR
Take the Jubilee line eastbound to Canary Wharf.
Follow signs to the DLR and take a train towards Lewisham.
Get off at Crossharbour.
By taxi or cabDoor to door
Ask your driver for Crossharbour DLR station, London E14.
Collect your key from Tesco Express next to the station first (see below), then walk 3 minutes to the building.
Arriving at South Quay instead? It's one stop before Crossharbour. Stay on for one more stop, as the key collection point is beside Crossharbour station.

Go to the till and tell staff you're collecting a KeyNest key. Show the collection code we sent you, and they'll hand you the key and fob.

Walk to the building

Follow the walkway north past Baltimore Wharf to Crossharbour Plaza, as shown on the map.

Open the main entrance

Hold your key fob against the reader beside the main door. The door unlocks with a click.

Take the lift

Tap your fob on the reader inside the lift, then press 6.

Turn left

Step out of the lift and turn left along the corridor.

Flat 605

Your door is marked 605. Use the key to let yourself in.
